James is the Moroi who tried to stake Vasilisa Dragomir in Last Sacrifice. Eddie saves Lissa and stakes James dead. He was one of the people helping Natasha Ozera cover up the murder of Tatiana Ivashkov† and framing Rosemarie Hathaway for it.
